How the Brain Talks Neurotransmitters Excitatory – stimulate Norepinephrine Epinephrine Inhibitory – balance mood Serotonin GABA(gamma aminobutynic acid) Dopamine is both an excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitter

Unbalanced neurotransmitters can cause problems. Unbalanced neurotransmitters can be caused by poor diet, stress, genetics, and DRUGS!
