P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes RPC DCS Status I.N.F.N. Naples The RPC DCS is divided in five partitions one per wheel. Its architecture has been developed using the framework structure. All the panel actions have been developed with custom scripts. Naming and color framework conventions are respected !! No alarm conditions on single channel parameters has been set up to now. The state of the machine aren’t connected; the conditions for pass from a state to another hasn’t been chosen yet. 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes RPC FSM structure I.N.F.N. Naples Each single element of the structure is view as a node of a state machine, build as a hierarchical tree. The nodes are (upper to lower): RPC- Wheel-Sector-Chamber- Channel All nodes are object types and only the lower leaf is a device and is connected directly to a channel of the SY1527 Caen Power Supply. At this moment the states machine is not defined and the structure is only for visualization of the system proprieties. 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes HV Wheel node I.N.F.N. Naples The wheel panel contains the infos about the parent and the children nodes with the relative alarm states. The status of every RPC is defined by the framework colors. Wheel name is an ext. variable All objects are clickable. Set/monitor An overview of all channels is obtained clicking the Set/Monitor button. 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

Set/Monitor button I.N.F.N. Naples The most important parameters and the relative conditions are shown here. The status of each channel has been set with the relative color: OK, Tripped, Overcurrent,OverVoltage,UnderVoltage,RampUp,RampDown 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes Wheel Global setting I.N.F.N. Naples The Global settings panel set the values of all the channels of the wheel 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

Set/Monitor button I.N.F.N. Naples The most important parameters and the relative conditions are shown here. The status of each channel has been set with the relative color: OK, Tripped, Overcurrent,OverVoltage,UnderVoltage,RampUp,RampDown 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes HV Details I.N.F.N. Naples Details panel shows detailed info of the selected channel, its position in the wheel, the VMON/IMON history plots and allow to set every single parameters of this channel. 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes Sector Node I.N.F.N. Naples The Sector node has 8 children (RPC chambers). Some parameters and the status of each RPC are shown here. 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes Chamber Node I.N.F.N. Naples The Chamber node has 1 children (HV channel) All the parameters of the hardware channel are shown here. 1/15/2019 P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes

P. Paolucci & G. Polese I.N.F.N. of Napes To be Done I.N.F.N. Naples Check script framework conventions; Define the alarm conditions of HW channels and how to propagate them to the upper node; Define the SM conditions and how to move from one to each other; Implement the same structure for LV & T; Develop the RPC (main) Node; Thing about the Archiving and the Mass configuration. 1/15/2019 P.
