Menu = Law

Objective: Design a healthy school lunch menu that has been approved by all four groups

1 Head Chef 5-7 Food Stylists 15+ Menu Planners 3 Nutrition Analysts

Lead Chef suggests food categories: Pass suggestions to Menu Planners 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Menu Planners write a menu Vote then pass on to Food Stylists

Food Stylists refine the menu Vote then pass to back to Planners for approval Original Menu Refined Menu

Planners vote to approve revised menu Pass to Head Chef Original Menu Refined Menu

Head Chef approves or disapproves If Head Chef approves the menu, it passes to the Nutrition Inspectors If Head Chef disapproves the menu, it goes back to the Stylists and Planners Stylists and Planners can revise the menu and resubmit it OR A 2/3 vote can override the Head Chef’s decision
