Fig 1 Brachioradial pruritus–triggered generalized pruritus in patient 2. Patient first presented reporting severe itch with excoriated, erythematous papules in bilateral arms in C5 through C7 dermatomal distribution (left). Magnetic resonance imaging of cervical spine revealed abnormalities in corresponding distribution. Within 3 months, patient’s itch and rash had spread to her bilateral lower extremities (right).
