Old (Unfinished) Business Clackamas County Fair During the Fair Post 180: Gained 1 Transfer Gained 1 Life Member (Installment) Took in $28.00 Donations District: Gained 6 members (including 2 transfer) Sold 28 Hats Might no sound like much, but we had a very poor location Bob Dooms and Frank West joined the Post Commander manning the booth.

Old (Unfinished) Business Building Updates Post Television New Wheel Chair Ramp Quote is $12,645.00 to replace both the ramp. The ramp will be to the ADA code We agreed to fund ½ or $6323.00. We can draw against the City to fund this, but should do aggressive fund raising to “replace” these funds in our building fund. The GCHA reports this is the best bid Chairs were donated by the DAV, Portland Chapter 1

Old (Unfinished) Business Moving Days Thanks to everyone who helped move. Most of the Post property has been moved from the conex to the post storage. Need to pare down and dispose of anything no longer needed. The stove was damaged in the move and needs to be replaced Should we seek a donated stove? Buy a used stove? Buy a new stove? New Business Fundraiser at Big Town Hero Raised $163.75 from Big Town Hero and $275.00 from donations Total $438.75 Big Town Hero wants to make this an annual event. Fundraiser at 5-Guys We can be at the location from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM 15% return We can set up an event for around Veterans Day weekend We will need to have 25 people commit to the meal for it to be scheduled.
