Objective #1 Continue the spirit of cooperation and consensus building that has been the hallmark of the Montreal Protocol.

Objective #2 Isolate and crisply define the remaining issues to be discussed.

Objective #3 Generate options for bridging the differences through subsequent formal amendments

Central Questions for Today Round #1 - ISSUES OF EMERGING CONVERGENCE. What do we mainly agree on? Round #2 - CHALLENGES. What major issues remain and what are the key barriers and gaps to be overcome? Round #3 - TOOLBOX OF POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS. What options should be tabled for bridging to resolution?
