Segmenting the users Which Users? Very Large Users – will always require bespoke handling and unique policy and technical solutions Small users –don’t need pan-European support Large users –are demanding but relatively large in number [–perhaps 50-100 in total?]

What next? Draft Process Needs approval by GÉANT management Needs buy-in from NRENs Needs testing and refining from genuine use-cases Any solution can only work with the full cooperation of the community
