Problem Your supervisor included a post-doc from the group as a collaborator in your project, when you asked why, he says he has his reasons which he does not have to share with you; the collaborator spends 4 days working on your project during 9 months. You have to pressure your collaborator to do the work.

Problem Then the collaborator’s contract is not extended by his own supervisor (not your supervisor), leaving you with unfinished work which you did not expect to have to do.
