Use of EAS to define TCR-Vb3- and TCR-Cb1-expressing T cells Human peripheral blood T cells were stained with anti-TCR-Vb3 or anti-TCR-Cb1 (filled histograms) or with control murine IgG1 (open histograms). The cells were processed for flow cytometric analysis by either a standard technique (indirect staining) or by enzymatic amplification staining (EAS). The cells were double-stained with anti-CD3-PE and the analysis shown has been gated on the CD3+ cells. Standard EAS Anti- Vb3 Anti- Cb1 Log Fluorescence Intensity
