2002 Measure M General Obligation Bond Passed after two failed attempts in the late 1990s. $150,000,000.00 in bond funds $180,000,000.00 from other sources (state & county funds, Deferred Maintenance, RMA, etc.) Built 4 new elementary schools and 1 junior high school Modernized 12 elementary schools, 3 junior highs, 3 high schools Renovated, upgraded and completed athletic facilities at 4 high schools
