> Finding Your Performance objectives Form >1 In My News [My Actions] Click on the link and the relevant Performance & Development Review will open. 1

> Functionalities of the form Save The button « Save » allows you to save while completing your form. Save and Quit The button « Save and Quit » allows you to save your work and leave the form, Be careful when closing the form, do not leave the form by closing the window as the form can not close properly and your manager will not be able to access your form. Print The button “Print” allows you to have a paper version of your form. Export to PDF The button « Export to PDF » allows you to have a PDF version of you form.

> General Information Here is your performance objectives review. Your manager will have shown you the system. The first tab [General Information] displays administrative information. >2 If there are any blanks complete the information including the [Review Date]. Your Manager will review your preparation and add any relevant comments to be discussed at your review. 2

> Next Career Step   > 8 Indicate actions or training required for your career progression.   Click on [Add] select a type of action, indicate the priority and the expected goal. Write your comments. >9 Would you like to relocate? If so… Click on [Add] and indicate where you would consider to relocate and when by. You can also add your comments. 8 9

> Overall Performance   >10 You can indicate your strengths and development areas >11 After the meeting, log in complete [My Comments] and tick the box.   >12 Save & Quit >13 Call your Manager; they can then approve the review. 10 11
