20 Conditions for the Expedition The participants’ own physical effort without assistance. Unaccompanied and self-sufficient. It must be supervised by an adult. It must have an aim. Participants to be properly equipped. Training and practice expedition(s). At least one practice expedition. Planned and organised by the team. Assessment by an accredited assessor. 4-7 members in the group.

11. Participants to be of qualifying age. 12. Participants at same level of assessment. 13. Team may not include anyone who has completed the same or a higher level. 14. Accommodation by camping. 15. Expedition must be correct duration. 16. Normally between March to October. 17. Recommended environment. 18. Must meet minimum requirement of activity. 19. Meal should be cooked and eaten each day. 20. Presentation after expedition.
