This is what I see: Vine Evangelical Church will be a loving family completely devoted to God, continually transformed by God, and creatively impacting their neighbours for God.

The way forward

possible programme changes implementation/expansion of home groups multiple services, move Sunday gathering increase use of technology re-allocation or reduction of staff streamlining of organisational structure strategic implementation of mentoring expansion of neighbourhood programs

What is exciting to me People’s aspiration to be closer to God There is a solid foundation from which to build The challenges ahead are significant We are on the cusp of connecting to real life The family theme may lead to a church plant God has called us here
