Organisation Apple has 123,000 employees (2017 figure) It has: Offices in 183 locations in the United States 492 retail shops in 19 countries Production & manufacturing sites in many countries, although many of these are not owned by Apple themselves

Organisation iPhones, iPads and other Apple products are designed, made and assembled in many places around the world. It is not as clear as Apple say that Apple products are designed in California and made in China? They have a very complex global supply chain and distribution system.
