The messages sent by EUCEG To decrypt the successful or errors messages sent by EUCEG you need to use your private key (as EUCEG use your public key to encrypt the message)

Encryption FAQ Will all content be encrypted and is my information safe? Whether you submit using system-to-system or website (eTrustEx) all data will be encrypted until the data is validated by the EU-CEG. Can I test encryption before sending my confidential data? Yes. You can now use the encryption also in Acceptance environment to test. In fact Acceptance environment now requires encryption.

Using the web interface (ETRUSTEX) FAQ I use the XML creator client from the EC and upload my XML through web interface (eTrustEx). Do I need to request a certificate? No. Only companies using system-to-system channel need to request a certificate. I cannot read the response from EU-CEG because I don’t have a keystore. What should I do? For website users encryption is transparent towards EU-CEG, but to read the response a certificate must be used. Keystore is the place where the certificate is and you can find the keystore in CircaBC.

Using the web interface (ETRUSTEX) FAQ How do I get an access to the web interface You need an ECAS account and you need to be successfully signed up to have a submitterID. Once your submitterID has been assigned you will receive an email explaining how to access the web interface. I tried to follow the instructions, but still cannot submit. What should I do? Please provide as much as possible of you situation accompanied by screenshots if possible and send an email to SANTE EUCEG IT SUPPORT mailbox. I cannot read the response from EU-CEG because I don’t have a keystore. What should I do? XML creator 1.1.1 Updated 07/06/2016 FAQ What do I need to use the XML creator? You need a computer with Java 1.8 installed. You can download Java from java.com for free. You also need to download a .zip file from CircaBC which contains the actual application. To install the application please follow instructions found in CircaBC. I have created a submission with the XML creator. Am I ready? No. Please follow the instructions how to upload the XML files created into the web interface.

XML creator 1.1.1 FAQ What happens to my data if a new version of the XML creator is published? Depending on the changes made you will receive information. In most cases you need to copy the folder containing your data into the new location.
