Overview (<1 minute) Introduce the group Present a brief outline of the presentation and who is going to do what parts Give a very general version of recommendation.
Issues/Problems 3-6 minutes Present 3 or so issues found to motivate management to read the report. (You may briefly refer to “options in the report” but this is not your emphasis)
Recommendations Present your recommended action program to management What should they do NOW?
