So how will we inspire our nation and the world this year So how will we inspire our nation and the world this year? As always, we began with the theme of the parade, which for the 123rd Rose Parade is “Just Imagine…”, a wide-open opportunity to consider the dreams and aspirations of people touched by donation. Ask anyone whose loved one gave life in their passing, or anyone waiting for a life-saving organ transplant what they wish for most. Many would answer the same way: more time.

Time to live, or relive, the moments that define our lives. Storytime Time to live, or relive, the moments that define our lives. Storytime. Summer camp. Graduation. Wedding day. The race of your life. The ride of a lifetime.

And of course, through their life-changing experiences, the families of organ and tissue donors, living donors, and recipients of life-saving transplants know intimately the preciousness of time, inspiring us to Just Imagine...

One More Day. One More Day ...One More Day . One More Day. A day when donor families are reunited with loved ones, transplant recipients thrive, and living and registered donors step forward so that a life-saving transplant is available to everyone in need.

28 float riders, among them donor family members, living donors and transplant recipients, will experience the ride of a lifetime.

Placed in the hour positions on enormous floral clocks are 64 memorial ‘floragraph’ portraits of deceased donors, which will be decorated by donor family members in Pasadena and at floragraph decorating events across the country.

A floral clock garden at the front of the float will be filled with thousands of dedicated roses sponsored by families, hospitals, transplant centers and funeral homes from throughout the world.

Anchoring the float is a 33-foot clock tower with an animated sun/moon dial and rooftop mosaic reminding us to make each passing day count.

We invite you to “Just Imagine…” with us as “…One More Day” inspires our nation and the world to Donate Life.
