Stakeholder Engagement Toolkit: Key Features: AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standards Creation of local stakeholder hubs Formal and informal methods of engagement Feedback and action loops, with reporting Tools – two-page ‘how-to’ and Stirling case studies

Implementation: Developed by Information Services, currently being piloted across multiple service areas Pilot approach feeding into Stirling case studies featured in tools Student engagement working group approval for institutional roll-out Informal roll-out in faculties and service areas according to demand Official launch August 2018 – hard copies, digital assets, physical events and promotion

Outcomes: Student voices leading change Reduced number of student surveys Rising responses in key surveys Linking engagement to survey findings Increased participation; increased satisfaction with engagement Greater partnership
