General Engineering Experience As they are printed on application form with pictures of personnel, evident, and certificates. Declared general engineering professional experiences must not be less than 7 years after graduation. Brief explanation of work experiences with illustrative displays of engineering work position and responsibilities. Declared professional experiences must be verified with signatures.

Two Years of Significant Work Experience As they are printed on application form with pictures of personnel, evident, and certificates. Declared significant work experiences must not be less than 2 years of general engineering experience. Brief explanation of significant work experiences with illustrative displays of engineering work position and responsibilities. Declared significant work experiences must be verified with signatures.

Claimed Specific Professional Competence Self evaluation form relating to professional competence. Declare at least 2 claimed specific professional competence related to professional work experiences. Each of the claimed specific professional competence includes- Statement of problem. Professional approaches to tackle the stated problem Solution and results of the problem solving. Lesson learned.
