While looking at these logos take note of the type of font or “typeface” they use. Rob stated that logos should work extremely well in black and white as well as color. If they don’t read well in black and white you’ll need to re-develop your idea.

Rob Wilkes stated that skateboard companies don’t follow the standard corporate rules…they play it up, change things up. Compare the logos you’ve just looked at with the following logos for skateboard companies.
