Once you’ve changed your password, you will enter the site. Next, click on the kintone icon to enter. If you experience log on issues, please contact Roxanne at rmusselman@nifs.org or your Assistant Director. Data for the MR is due by the 10th of each month. If you have trouble logging on please contact Roxanne Musselman at rmusselman@nifs.org. You also may try different browsers if you have issues (Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) NIFS Kintone website - https://nifs.kintone.com/login?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fnifs.kintone.com%2F Monthly Report entries are due by the 10th of each month.

Lilly Monthly Report can be found here. If it says, “DO NOT USE” it means that report is a work in progress so please do not click on the report. Those who participated in the pilot training, feel free to access your report this way or through the Managers Space. Lilly sites, please use the “Lilly Monthly Report” Elanco and all other Corporate sites use “Corporate Monthly Report” Active Aging sites use the “Active Aging Monthly Report” Active Aging Monthly Report can be found here. Click the + icon to start your new Monthly Report Click the + icon to start your new Monthly Report. You’ll do this every month to form a new report. To edit a previous report or make changes, click the blue page icon by the report you want to edit.

Once you’ve entered the appropriate MR App: Select your Client Abbreviation. Ensure your location is selected and a check mark appears. Select the month you are reporting on. Select the current year. Proceed to enter data in all of the boxes provided in the report. There is a section at the end of the MR for any comments or notes that might be helpful for you or your supervisor in the future. Items like membership renewal, facility move, weather issues might be noted in case of number fluctuation. Save your report. If there are areas where the data does not apply to your site or you do not track the data asked for, please enter a 0 in that box. All fields are required even if you do not have data for that specific piece of information. In that case please enter zero.

Once in the report you want to edit, you have options to: Duplicate Print/Delete Please DO NOT use the “Chang App Settings” icon. Be sure to save any edited or changed information.
