DA Form 1156 Practical Exercise 1/16/2019 This Practical Exercise consists of six unique DA Form 1156 reports, iPERMS reports and iPERMS verification. Review and comment on the suitability of each as an initial report. As applicable, note what is done well, what could be improved, what is missing, and what is incorrect. Be ready to explain why you have made these judgments, and why they matter. Rank the six forms from what you consider to be the best to what you see as the worst. There is not necessarily a right answer for this question, but you should be prepared to explain your rankings and defend them against other students who may disagree.
