Fabric Wall Hanging Evaluation

Learning Outcomes Success criteria To participate in class discussion. To learn how to write appropriate evaluation comments. To learn about peer evaluation. Success criteria I can contribute to a class discussion. I can evaluate the quality and effectiveness of my own and others’ work using two stars and a wish. I can understand why peer evaluation is helpful.

Evaluation Questions Does the wall hanging look good? Does the wall hanging look suitable for the chosen room? Is the wall hanging colourful? Is the sewing on the wall hanging neat? Would you buy an item like this? Was it finished on time?

Suggested improvements Think about what you would do if you were to make your wall hanging again.

Design specification Did your wall hanging match your design specification? Explain how your wall hanging matched the criteria. You will find your design specification in your jotter.

The whole activity Describe how you think you got on throughout the whole task. This includes the planning, the carrying out and the reviewing. You should write at least a paragraph. You may wish to start it off with: When I made my wall hanging, I was successful in……
