Background East Dunbartonshire Council – 10 Catholic schools 8 Primary & 2 Secondary schools All schools involved Already strong community of faith – joint planning etc. Relationship with education authority Money to support Cfe developments – BID QIO responsibility Catholic schools Joint improvement plan

Our model Need to involve all staff Annual joint in-service: - Adult level - Class level Mentor in every school Lead teachers in EDC Involvement of school chaplains Importance of management group Constant evaluation & review
