Conclusions Solutions to Intergroup Conflict… There are numerous choices available to circumvent conflict, to keep it from becoming damaging, and to resolve conflict that is serious. Analysis of this confliction… A variety of interests and intentions underlie and motivate positions in negotiation and must be addressed for maximized resolution.
