ELECBITS FAULT DETECTOR

DESCRIPTION: Fault Detector is simple Device which is used to detect Short-circuit in Power grid. It consists of few components and modules like Arduino Nano/Mini, GSM module and some common Passive and active components. Arduino Nano/mini is the brain of Fault detector when it senses any short circuit it triggers GSM module to send Message.

BLOCK DIAGRAM:

WORKING: It works on the principle that if wires are short- circuited then resistance of these become so low due short path provided by short-circuit. Arduino Nano/Mini senses this change in resistance of wires and gives command to GSM module to send message.

APPLICATIONS: Fault detector is a very flexible device it has a very vast scope of applications in various field like in Military. Maintenance of power grids.
