Ohio Education Research Center (OERC) Established in Ohio’s Race to the Top Application [Area A(3)] RttT Funding Provides for: Initial third party management Seed money for research grants related to RttT priority areas Support for research and communications Annual conference

Ohio Education Research Center (OERC) Grant awarded in March 2012 Consortium of six Ohio universities and four Ohio organizations Goals Include: Develop a coherent research agenda Conduct research related to RttT

P-20 Repository and Data Governance Project Status Ohio’s P-20 SLDS Repository is currently being built. It is expected to be completed June 30, 2013. ODE and BOR have started discussing Data Governance Plan. Other Agencies are being brought into Data Governance work. Ohio bringing in SST to help construct the data governance structure and process.
