Fig. 1 Results – a total of 69 patients were screened of which 24 patients (sixty seven seizures) were found to have RII (relative ictal immobility of one limb). RII involved the lower limb in five seizures and occurred in during sleep in 9 seizures. The underlying pathology was mesial temporal sclerosis in 8 patients, temporal lobe other than MTS in 4 patients, frontal in 5, parieto-occipital in 5 and hemispheric in 2 patients.
