Where We Are Half of re-roof is done Parking lot cracks are repaired Half of fire sprinklers are installed and operational Design is done, lights are installed and bids are in for the rest of the new east parking lot Concept-level design and estimated budget for new entry / infill / dropoff loop are done Items we are going to review tonight include status of the project, efforts to date and upcoming events. As we’ve continued to meet with project stakeholders, we have furthered the design information for security, mechanical systems, foodservice and kitchen layout, structural components, and site design including grading and drainage. We have also begun design work for the audio visual systems, the access control system, and acoustical requirements. Our CM/GC (FCI) has also been attending meetings on a regular basis and they are currently in the process of updating the cost estimate for the project. We made several adjustments to the project scope to keep the project in budget. We will do the same with this estimate and have begun to establish additive alternates for the project to help ensure we get the most out of the project that we can. Phil & Eric N
