Cultural Norms According to your May 2017 Agenda, here are your cultural norms: Assume good intent Meeting Protocol - How to incorporate public comment into meeting format Respect those who are talking Audience knows when they can comment. Share that ground rule at the beginning of a meeting Committee will consider how and when public input will be incorporated into meetings

Community Assessments Objective for CVC: Identify the system barriers for getting good quality care in each of the four project area Inform health systems Task: Help shape questions and build audience for CHW Collaborative Where desired, participate in gathering that feedback What’s coming: Review the feedback that the CHW Collaborative brings Review Community Assessment Shape how to share with partners. Discuss ways to incentivize this in the partner’s work.

Project Plans

Group Activity Write down on your piece of paper 2 questions for each project plan Get intro groups of three or four and share amongst each other your questions. Choose 3 questions out of all your options you collectively agree on. Place your questions on each white paper according to each project plan. Choose as a whole council which questions we like to formally create the assessment.
