Helices are shown as cylinders, and disordered regions not seen in the crystal structure are indicated by dotted lines. Conserved regions are colored as follows: 1.2, red; 2.1, green; 2.2, yellow; 2.3, cyan; and 2.4, orange. The non-conserved region inserted between conserved regions 1.2 and 2.1 is colored in grey.
