Presentation transcript:

Wednesday, 16 January 2019 Medicine Mindmap In order to achieve this we need to be able to: Explain the key features of medicine during the Ancient World, Middle Ages and Renaissance periods. Learning objective: Assess which period of medicine had the best treatment. Why are we learning this? I.A.G: Communication: You can communicate your points clearly through writing down key features of medicine during different time periods. S.M.S.C: Moral: Was it right that people in the Middle Ages and to some extent during the Renaissance period could not so what they wanted? For example, think about the power and influence of the Church.

Tasks (BOTH) need to be completed 1.) Complete the mind-map using the revision guides and information you have written down in your book. 2.) You will also be given a number of cards – these are to be used for revision. Think back to the example of what makes a good card we went over in class. For the mind map see the next slide – you will be given an A3 photocopy to help you structure your mind-map.
