Regarding the progress made in the organization of the next VLSI-SoC 2019, we have the following: 1. General chairs: Ricardo Reis and Carlos Silva-Cardenas 2. Session Chair: Maciej Ogorzalek 3. In these days we will be coordinating with some of you to ask for your collaboration in the organization. 4. Venue of the event: Cusco Convention Center 5. Main hotel of the event: "Costa del Sol Ramada Cusco" located 20 meters from the Convention Center of Cusco 6. There are two universities that will collaborate with the organization: PUCP and UNSAAC (Cusco) and there is probably a third one: UNI 7. We have proposed dates, 6-9 October 2019
