Make a Pledge Select Pledge Type There is only Payroll Contribution available, credit card giving is not available at this time.

Make a Pledge Continued Select One Pay Period (this will be a one time deduction) or Bi-weekly Payroll Enter amount per payroll Click on Go to Next Step

Additional Information Enter Employee ID Number Enter Work Phone Number Click on Go to Next Step

Release of Information Select Yes or No If you Select Yes to release, enter your personal address & email Select release pledge amount to inform charities of the amount of your pledge.

Charity Selection Type in the name or a description of the charity to search Click on Green “Perform Search” button Select Charity

Charity Selection Continued Add additional charities Search and select, and charities will populate at the bottom of the page

Allocation Enter the amount to allocate to each charity Click on Green Button to Distribute Evenly between all charities selected or yellow to clear Click ”Go to Next Step”

Digital Signature Using your mouse, digitally sign your name in the box Click Orange button to “Clear Signature” & Try Again Click Blue Button to “Complete This Pledge”
