Safety Awareness Packet Back Safety: Back Belts Supervisor Information Please review the following information before the Safety Awareness Session begins. Establish creativity in your safety session and encourage interaction from your employees. Your goal is to stimulate their safety consciousness. Encourage employees to wear a back belt properly. 2. Encourage them to cinch belts up ONLY when lifting. 2. Demonstrate proficiency in proper placement of the back belt on the body.
