Lothian Stroke Care Audit NHS Lothian around 900 stroke admissions per year 2007 – 2008: 46 Thrombolysed 2.5% of stroke patients

Collecting Thrombolysis data From start 2006 we collected : Thrombolysis and/or Clot retrieval? Y/N Autumn 2008 request to collect data for all 2007-2008 patients. Forms completed by stroke reg My job to get notes and enter data Last patient entered a week ago
