ESF website usage Use of Google analytics since Nov. 2008: Detailed analysis of visits, amounts of pages viewed (over 100.000/month) average of 3.54 per visitor, most visited pages search tool used and key words used for the search (27 % Direct traffic/ 29 % refering sites and 44 % Search engines (mainly Google) Average time spent (3mn20) Who visits, which language versions of the website are most viewed

More active and improved navigation Better visibility for different section More dynamic elements such as News rotation and Videos

Overall the content from old site remains but more links and information on each page Projects presented on map or advanced search Operational Programme database online since Dec. 2008
