RIDD of miRNA (miRIDD) signals in GBM RIDD of miRNA (miRIDD) signals in GBM Intersection of the downregulated genes in WT, DN, and A414T‐expressing cells (high miR‐17) yielding a list of 38 genes.These 38 genes were analyzed for being predicted direct miR‐17 targets, which reduced the list to 12 genes (Appendix Table S5).
