What’s american football? American footbal is known in the USA. Its a team sport and contact. Arose from a variation of Rugby when the velocity, agility, tatic and brute force of the players, can be rewarding, trying to make the ball move on enemy territory.

What’s the point ? The point of the game is to get more points.The principal player goes to the bottom area (endzone)with the ball ( Touchdown) winning 6 points and the right for a free kick in the ball and for 1 more point.

“Gear” – Equipment ? Helmet – It’s used to protect the head of the player from impact : Knee pads – To protect the players kneeks;

Elbow pads – to protect the players elbows : Shoes - the shoes that the players use have to be mid to protect the ankles:

Shoulder and chest pads - to protect the players shoulders and chest from impacts : Jersey- to dress over the shouder pads and to know the players names :

Teeth protection- to protect the players teeth from impacts: leg pads– tp protect the players legs :

Shorts – to dress over the leg pads : Ball - without the ball there is no game :
