Skills Endorsement of skills are specific You can create your own skills that people will endorse (industry specific terms) No LinkedIn Open Networkers or overseas recruiters should endorse you – the are fake and easily identifiable. Only endorse others who deserve it – otherwise the value of the endorsement drops. Consider adding your own, customized skill! Contacts Expand relevant connections Exclude connections with no value, especially when you are putting your linked in page out there. Respond to connection requests quickly Contacts are people you are endorsing! [The more connections you have, the more exposed your profile will be – which is a good thing in LinkedIn!] Increased domestic sales by 148% in first year!
