Competence Driven Education Profile Prof. Kambiz Gindesgaard University College, Vitus Bering Denmark Abstract: The new generation of the graduated engineers should extend their professional competences in two dimensions 1) the business development and innovation management and 2) the business entrepreneurship management It demands a fully adoption of innovation and entrepreneurship in the entire engineering educations. The objective in this workshop is to reflect the importance of a competence driven way of conducting the entire learning process and curriculum in the engineering educations. The overall context is considering the crucial need for radical changing of the classical teaching terminology based on »isolated and skill oriented courses packages«.
