شناخت مخاطرات

تعریف مخاطره مخاطره (Hazard ) عبارتست از پدیده فیزیکی که می تواند بالقوه آسیب زا باشد. به عنوان مثال، زلزله یک مخاطره است که می تواند بالقوه باعث آسیب جانی به مردم و پرسنل بیمارستان بشود، یا تجهیزات بیمارستان را تخریب کند یا عملکرد بیمارستان را مختل نماید.

تعیین سطح مخاطرات بالا: احتمال زیاد وقوع یا احتمال وقوع با شدت زیاد متوسط: احتمال زیاد وقوع با شدت متوسط پایین: احتمال کم وقوع یا احتمال وقوع با شدت کم

ارزیابی ایمنی عملکردی

ارزیابی ایمنی عملکردی این بخش به بررسی ایمنی عملکردی بیمارستان در بلایا می پردازد و سطح آمادگی بیمارستان برای پاسخ به بلایا بر اساس برنامه عملیاتی مربوطه، در این بخش ارزیابی می شود. بطور معمول، برنامه عملیاتی بیمارستان در بلایا باید موارد زیر را شامل شود: ادغام برنامه بیمارستان در برنامه مدیریت بحران شهر، شهرستان و استان همکاری و هماهنگی با سایر بخش ها و بیمارستان ها ملاحظات فنی و پشتیبانی متناسب با نوع و سناریوهای بلایا تعریف فعالیت های قبل، حین و بعد از حادثه شامل: قبل: ارزیابی خطر، طراحی و اجرای اقدامات کاهش خطر و آموزش حین: فعال سازی و اجرای برنامه عملیاتی بعد: بازگشت به شرایط عادی و ارزشیابی اثربخشی برنامه
