Instructions Arrival – please arrive punctually. You will need to take your luggage down to the coach and hand in passports and EHIC cards to your group leaders Roomings – Please return the rooming slip so that I can work out rooms before we leave – DEADLINE MONDAY 6th MARCH Food – We shall have food provided in the evening and breakfast at the hotel, unless we are eating out. You will need a packed lunch for day one and perhaps some money for breakfast before we leave England Cash – enough for any food in England and souvenirs Clothes – Bring sensible clothes (i.e. no flip flops)
