When to form a group? When problems begin to arise. When anyone has an idea.

What kind of people to look for Enthusiastic people. Natural leaders. Experienced people. Regular meeting attendees. Young. People that represent all aspects of a community. Good writers.

Helpful Organization Steering committee. Coordinating committee. Advisory support committee. Board of directors.
