Recent site launches 71 sites were launched since the last meeting, bringing the total to 183 live sites in WordPress! A majority of these were mass migrated sites into the new IN platform, with 30 more sites scheduled to go live today University Marketing and Lipmann Hearne delivered the Office of the President & Strategic Plan 2025 sites Human Resources deserves special thanks and recognition for their effort as one of the initial in.nau.edu sites Full list of live sites is available on the Web website: https://nau.edu/web/site-migration-scorecard/

Theme enhancements One Enterprise theme and one Marketing theme release in October: Updates to styling and posts introduced, development continued on short code enhancements In.nau.edu “homepage” being developed Directory enhancements are being scoped Theme feedback can be given at: https://nau.edu/web/theme-design-feedback-form/ More updates, features, accessibility enhancements & functional improvements are coming!

Training update Training information: https://nau.edu/web/training/ Online self-guided trainings available: https://nau.edu/its/learn/wordpress-editor Training for broader use of Enterprise+ plugins is being finalized Open labs are available and scheduled up to winter break The order of training events and purpose of the labs is still very important Please ensure any new site stewards and editors are aware of training

Mass migration status The remaining 85 Ektron mass migrated site launches are on track to be complete by Thanksgiving break New in.nau.edu production environment has been performing solidly Launch process continues to become more streamlined and operationalized In.nau.edu FAQ has been posted at https://nau.edu/web/in-nau-edu-faq/ Please let us know of any other questions or concerns you might be hearing! Reminders A Unit Web Coordinator should: Communicate project information to unit leadership as well as to Site Stewards within your unit and ensure communication reaches Site Owners. Ensure Site Stewards are properly defined for sites, have adequate training, and are aware of current processes and procedures. May oversee the work of several WordPress Editors, Authors, or Contributors. For those in colleges, please ensure that your Site Stewards and Owners relay any change or service requests through the assigned University Marketing PM.
