Luvuka is located in Liku Bay on Naviti Island, slightly north of Narara Island in the Yasawa Group of islands. The Yasawa Group consists of six main islands and numerous smaller inlets and is positioned within one of Fiji’s premier island resort localities. The Group enjoys drier weather than other parts of the country and has beautiful scenery with white sandy beaches and lagoons. Luvuka offers superior beach and marine features together with unspoiled tropical forest and natural spring water and foliage. Tropical fruit trees such as mangoes, papayas, guava, oranges, mandarins, lemons, coconut, breadfruit, melons and pineapples; all growing wild in this tropical paradise.

The property is 160 acres of which a large percentage is flat with the balance undulating to steep, with high points up to 100m elevation.

Location Luvuka is an excellent location and offers a diverse development plan offering outstanding un-touched, crisp white beach frontage, lush tropical bush and good elevation close in behind for alternative building platforms. The main mode of transport to the island is by helicopter, sea plane or by boat. From Nadi International Airport it is just a scenic 20-25 minute flight. Helicopter transfer is also available from Denarau Island. Marine transfer by the Yasawa Flyer is approximately 3 ½ hours, operating a daily route to the Yasawa Group from port Denarau.
