POST AND PLAN

What does it mean? Post means to capture your activity at the end of the day using some type of activity tracking system. The activity to capture includes: Prospecting results Telephoning results Cases open Cases closes Sales results Business expenses

What does it mean? Plan means to take time to analyze your results and determine what you need to do for the business. It includes the following: Determine a list of names to call tomorrow Schedule case prep needed Look at tomorrows calendar for how to best use your time Evaluate how many appointments you have on the books and phoning for more if needed
