05 06 01 02 03 04 The EPIC Setup ACADEMY Report Training Academy owner configures user roles, display parameters needed to be captured, domain and technical competencies required for the team, initial training plans and training courses Report Training Academy Member will be able to view assigned trainings and assessments, and complete the trainings. In case of external training, user will self certify training completion in the system. 05 06 01 02 03 04 Manage Training In this process Academy PMO will create training courses, training modules, assessments, and assign training and assessments to Academy Members. Content Mgmt. Academy PMO will be able to add training documents to Wiki, upload training videos to the library and provide access for Academy Members to view and download training materials. User On-boarding Academy PMO on-board new Academy Members to the tool. Upon successful completion of the process, concerned user will receive email notifications along with URL and login details News and Events Academy PMO adds News and Events to the Tool in order for the team to stay updated with the important news about the engagement and forthcoming events..

EPIC 02 – Manage Training 05 06 01 02 03 04 View Assigned Trainings and Completed Trainings from Home page Training section. View Assigned Assessments and Completed assessments from Home page Assessment section. Create Training Course Create Training Module Add Assessments details to Assessments List. Add Assessment Questions for internal assessments. Assign Training and Assessment to Employee

EPIC 03 – User Onboarding 05 06 01 02 03 04 Responsible for On boarding Master Data including: Set initial training and assessment for user roles Set display parameters based on the requirements. Populate Competency Levels, Skill Categories On-board single user Search with the Email Id from Admin menu if user not on boarded a form will appear with Skill and Competency. Provide Skill and Competency details and on board Academy Member. On-board bulk users Download the excel template Fill with user details and upload the file
