Fig 2 Agreement between subjective preference and maximal walking distance. In 54% of cases, the walking aid chosen as the preferred cane was also the walking aid with which the patients walked the greatest walking distance during the 6-minute walk test. In 11% of the cases, the patients preferred the walking aid with which they had the lowest walking distance, and in 35% of the cases, the subjective ranking was 1 rank higher or lower than the rank of the achieved walking distance (partial agreement).
