What is a Danger Threat? A family condition, which if not controlled, is having or could have a harmful effect on a dependent child. 7.1.7

Vulnerable Child There are areas of a child’s life leading the child to depend on a caregiver for safety and or protection. The child is exposed to circumstances that she or he is powerless to manage. The child is susceptible, accessible and available to either a threatening person and/or persons in authority over them. 7.2.11
